A Few Petition Verses

So are you ready for your TEA CUPP time with Jesus?  Are you ready to pour out your heart to Him for all the people on your prayer list? How will you begin  your conversation? Here are a few petition verses I like to use.  There are so many good ones.  Do you have a favorite verse you like to use to begin your prayers?

From the ends of the earth I call to You,
I call as my heart grows faint;
lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 61:2  (NIV)

Hear my prayer, O LORD;
listen to my cry for mercy.

In the day of my trouble I will call to You,
for You will answer me.
Psalm 86:6-7 (NIV)

Yet I am poor and needy;
come quickly to me, O God.
You are my Help and my Deliverer;
O LORD, do not delay.
Psalm 70:5  (NIV)

To you I call, O LORD my Rock; do not turn a deaf ear to me…

Hear my cry for mercy
as I call to You for help,
as I lift up my hands
toward Your Most Holy Place.
Psalm 28:1-2 (NIV)

Give ear to my words, O LORD,
consider my sighing.

Listen to my cry for help,
my King and my God,
for to you I pray.

In the morning, O LORD, You hear my voice;
in the morning I lay my requests before You
and wait in expectation.
Psalm 5:1-3 (NIV)

“O my Lord, if the LORD is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles…” Judges 6:13 (NKJV)

How long, O LORD ? Will You hide yourself forever? Psalm 89:46  (NIV)
